Karelle Webb
| Karelle Webb is presently the associate director of Infection Control and Clinical Education for the Erie Family Health Center System in Illinois. She is a graduate of UIC, receiving her BNS in 2016 and her MPH in 2022 both from UIC's College of Nursing. Prior to her work for the Erie health system, she was a bedside nurse in the Chicago Metro region. Interview includes discussion about the Covid-19 response at a Federally Qualified Health Center, the complexities of racial identity, and the impact being an immigrant has had on Karelle’s professional practice and career growth.
